Adult Baptism Steps

Registration is complete when the baptism worksheet is filled out. You may register now for the October 17 baptism. Deadline to register is September 30.

We want baptism to be a meaningful and enjoyable experience for you.  Once you have completed your baptism worksheet, you will be signed up for the next baptism date and a meeting with your community pastor will be scheduled. Your community pastor will walk you through what to expect at a Bent Tree baptism and will be available to answer any questions you might have about your baptism day.

*Please complete the worksheet questions in a Word format prior to entering it into the online form. The online form times out after 20 minutes. 
 

Student Baptism Process

We want baptism to be a meaningful and enjoyable experience for you.  Once you have completed your baptism worksheet, you will be signed up for the next baptism date and a meeting with your student ministries pastor will be scheduled. Your student ministries pastor will walk you through what to expect at a Bent Tree baptism and will be available to answer any questions you might have about your baptism day.
