Entering into the covenant of marriage is one of the most important decisions in life. We want to do everything possible to help couples marrying at Bent Tree prepare for a biblical, life-long relationship that will bring them great satisfaction and growth throughout their lives.
Process for getting married at Bent Tree
1. Review the
wedding guide for the guidelines, policies and the necessary forms.
3. Your date is secure when we have received your completed application, pre-marital covenant, technical needs form, deposit and pastor approval. Once we've received these items, you will be contacted by the wedding coordinator assigned to your wedding to begin discussing the details of your big day.
Ceremony & Reception Pricing
We offer our facility for ceremony's and receptions. A deposit of $150 must be submitted with your application and premaritial covenant in order to secure your date.

Believing that entering into the covenant of marriage is one of the most important decisions in life, we strongly encourage you to participate in a pre-maritial class with your future spouse. You may choose to participate in our class or another class that best fits into the time-frame before your wedding.

Helpful Information
Can we use our own pastor?
Yes, pastors outside of Bent Tree may be used. They must be approved by our lead community pastor prior to your date being secured.
Which Bent Tree Pastors are available to marry us?
We will first try and connect you with a pastor that you already have begun a personal relationship with. If you do not already have a relationship, we will contact the pastor that shepherds the community where you live.

Who conducts pre-marital counseling and is it required?
The pastor who is marrying you is responsible for conducting a minimum if four pre-marital counseling sessions prior to marrying you. We do require that you have gone through pre-marital counseling prior to your wedding.
Do we have to use specific vendors?
You may use any vendors you choose. We do offer a list of recommended vendors to assist you as you begin your search.
